TULIP — The Urban Learning Internship Programme — is a flagship Government of India initiative that places engineering and management students directly inside Urban Local Bodies, Smart City SPVs and parastatals. Interns work on live civic challenges: deploying IoT sensors, building integrated command centres, mapping utility networks with GIS and designing citizen-service portals. TULIP is the fastest way to see how a city actually works — from the inside.
