Eligibility & what you get

Who can apply, and what it is worth

The programme is open through your existing AICTE profile. Selection, PIU attachment and stipend are decided per posting by the NHAI project unit that publishes it.

Who can apply

Students in civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science or environmental engineering with an interest in large-scale national infrastructure projects.

Duration

Short site attachments run 4–8 weeks; project-linked engineering placements run 2–6 months. The exact window is stated on each PIU posting.

Certificate on completion

An official MoRTH & NHAI certificate issued on successful project completion, endorsed by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.

One profile, every posting

The AICTE profile you already have applies here. No separate NHAI registration, no second document upload.
