Duration
Short database tracks run 4–6 weeks on MongoDB University; project-linked MERN placements run 2–4 months. The exact window is on each posting.
Certificate on completion
An official MongoDB Associate Developer certificate issued against the project and Atlas tier you were selected for — recognised globally by top tech employers.
