What counts as an internship, and what it is worth

The programme is open through your existing AICTE profile. Discipline, duration, number of openings and stipend are decided per posting by the office that publishes it.

Industry and government organisations

Internships with organizations, both industrial and government — where tasks include project work, shadowing professionals, and participating in day-to-day operations.

NGOs, MSMEs and rural internships

These internships focus on social, environmental, or developmental initiatives, allowing students to contribute to community-oriented projects, grassroots campaigns, and rural activities.

Innovation and entrepreneurship

Working in startups, incubators, or innovation labs, providing exposure to the process of ideation, prototyping, business planning, and product development.

Inter / intra institutional activities
