Terms of Engagement for the 6-Month MERN Stack Internship Program 1. Commitment: Interns are expected to fully commit to the 6-month program, including attending all sessions, completing assignments, and engaging in project work as specified. 2. Attendance: Interns must maintain at least 90 percent attendance throughout the training to qualify for certification, stipend, and placement assistance. 3. Performance Evaluation: Interns will be evaluated regularly based on project work, attendance, participation, and adherence to deadlines. Successful completion requires meeting all set performance benchmarks. 4. Confidentiality: Interns are required to keep all proprietary information, project materials, and client details confidential during and after the internship. 5. Professional Conduct: Interns must demonstrate professional behavior, showing respect towards trainers, peers, and the learning environment both online and on-site. 6. Stipend and Certification: Interns who meet attendance and performance standards will receive a monthly stipend and a completion certificate at the end of the program. 7. Intellectual Property: Any projects or materials created during the internship are the property of the organization unless otherwise stated. 8. Termination Policy: Failure to adhere to any of these terms may result in termination from the internship program without certification or stipend.
