About the program
We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team and gain handson experience in Human Resources Management. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, HR operations, etc. The ideal candidate should be proactive with a dynamic personality, eager to learn, and possess strong Communication Interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the endtoend recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. 2. Support in onboarding and orientation of new employees and interns. 3. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation. 4. Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs. 5. Help with performance management and feedback collection. 6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
