Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate at Topperrank, you will be at the forefront of driving our business expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to our revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a significant impact on the companys success. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the edutech sector Build a robust pipeline of leads using various channels such as databases social media and industry networks Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls emails and other communication methods Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and retention Act as the primary contact for clients addressing their needs inquiries and concerns promptly Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and showcase Topperrank offerings Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Present and promote Topperrank products and services demonstrating their value to clients Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring alignment with company objectives Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities Conduct market analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences Provide actionable insights to the management team to inform business strategies Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Topperrank products and services to effectively communicate their benefits Stay updated on product developments and industry advancements Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are fully informed about our offerings Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing sales and product teams to ensure business development efforts align with company goals Share insights and feedback to help improve products services and strategies Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities including lead generation client interactions and sales Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics for review by management Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client relationships Customer Focus: Prioritize client needs and ensure they receive excellent service Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships Address client issues or complaints with a problem-solving approach Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing professional development by learning new sales techniques and industry trends Seek feedback to improve performance and effectiveness Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge Adaptability: - Be flexible in response to changing business environments and client needs - Work independently in a remote setting managing time and priorities effectively - Embrace new challenges and take on additional responsibilities as needed - Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred Experience: Prior experience in business development sales or a related role is advantageous Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proven negotiation and closing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
