Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with team members on user interface and user experience design. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Help document processes and create technical specifications. Qualifications: Basic understanding of web development languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with responsive design principles. Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Excellent communication skills. Terms of Engagement

1. **Duration:** The internship will last for 2 months. 2. **Work Hours:** Interns are expected to commit 15-20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is encouraged to accommodate personal commitments. 3. **Communication:** Regular check-ins will be scheduled to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address any questions or concerns. Interns are expected to communicate proactively with their supervisors and team members. 4. **Confidentiality:** Interns must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, project details, and company processes encountered during the internship. 5. **Intellectual Property:** Any work created during the internship will remain the property of Learn Fusion. Interns may not use or distribute company materials without prior approval. 6. **Performance:** Interns are expected to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality in their work. Failure to do so may result in a reassessment of the internship. 7. **Attendance:** Interns are expected to attend scheduled meetings and actively participate in team discussions and activities. 8. **Evaluation:** At the end of the internship, a performance evaluation will be conducted to provide feedback on skills and contributions made during the program. 9. **Termination:** Learn Fusion reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time if there are breaches of conduct, lack of performance, or failure to meet internship expectations. 10. **Acceptance:** By accepting this internship position, interns agree to the terms outlined above.
