The Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Maharashtra, takes pride in announcing a highly immersive and comprehensive internship program tailored for individuals driven by a passion for making impactful contributions to the dynamic field of Information Technology within the governmental landscape. DIT is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our department. As an organization committed to enhancing citizen experiences and contributing to informed decision-making, we are looking for individuals passionate about user interface user experience , government policies, and technology. Roles and Responsibilities of Intern 1. UI UX Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improving the UI UX of multiple government websites to enhance user experience for citizens. Conduct thorough analysis and propose solutions for better content availability, navigation, and accessibility. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement recommended improvements. 2. Government Initiatives and Policies: Conduct in-depth research on various government initiatives, policies, and schemes. Summarize key findings and present insights that can contribute to informed decision-making. Stay updated on the latest developments in government policies and regulations. 3. MIS Report Analysis: Assist in the generation and analysis of Management Information System reports. Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement based on MIS data. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 4. Technical Proposal Review: Support the team in reviewing technical proposals related to government projects. Evaluate proposals for alignment with project objectives, technical feasibility, and adherence to industry standards. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to the decision-making team.

1. are from B.Tech. / B.E.
2. and specialisation from Electrical Engineering
3. are available for duration of 3 Months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Terms of Engagement

Applicants for the internship must meet the following criteria: 1. Currently pursuing a degree in B. Tech or B. E in EE and in Pre final year or Final Year. 2. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrate familiarity with UI UX principles and design thinking. 4. Exhibit an interest in government policies, initiatives, and schemes. 5. Display excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant tools
