Ticket Contents Microimprovement refers to any incremental change or enhancement made by leaders towards their professional growth and development Shikshalokams solution known as projects is a systematic and processdriven way to implement microimprovements Projects can be either assigned by stakeholders or designed by the user for selfimprovement This projects is an open source capability which can be adopted and hosted as a SaaS service It is designed for panIndia deployment and has multilanguage support Since the users of this solution can belong to very diverse backgrounds the challenge is to make this solution extremely user friendly highly intuitive and easy to navigate for this broad spectrum of users 1.Rural Urban 2.Tech Savvy to very low level of tech or digital comfort 3.Users can be from any sector Hence the solution should be sector agnostic The solution is also designed to work offline to cater to areas with poor connectivity Key designresearch questions Since the solution will be used by a wide range of people from different domains having different levels of digital maturity the main problem that needs to be addressed is how to make the solution highly intuitive easily understandable easily navigable thus improving its usability Current State As per our user research many users found the current solution difficult to navigate through Some of the features of the solution were hardly used by users as they did not understand how to use it and the purpose of the feature Many users also look at the solution as a documentation tool rather than a complete tool that helps and assists them in achieving their microimprovements Desired State The main objective of this solution is to help and guide leaders to continuously improve in a systematic and measurable way by adopting the microimprovement approach Since continuous improvements are imperative for any professional development the solution should be designed in such a way that users will want to come to the platform frequently and keep initiating new improvement projects on a regular basis The idea is to make users habitual to takingup improvement projects continuously and get hookedon to this application as the means in their improvement journey Goals MidPoint Milestone Goals Goal 1 User research to understand what works and what does not work in the current solution Goal 2 Understand what changesadditional features will make users come again and again to the platform to initiate and complete projects Goal 3 Come up with a UIUX design that is intuitive easily understandable and easily navigable that caters to different types of users and personas and make users get into the habit of taking up microimprovement projects Goals Achieved By Midpoint Milestone Goal1 and Goal 2 can be midpoint milestones Acceptance Criteria 1.Research documents comprising clear documentation of findings of Goal 1 and Goal 2 2.The designUI should show information in ways users understand easily 3.Users should not be confused over what different words icons etc mean 4.Minimal number of clicks to attain goals 5.Have visible information instructions etc to let users recognize options actions etc 6.No clutter 7.It should prevent errors by users and offer ways to correct errors easily 8.Pilot review of the final design with endusers who have been using the current solution something like AB testing

These projects are open to college students and working professionals who are eager to dive into the world of UI UX, user behaviour and qualitative research to build impactful designs for solving population-scale problems. Selected contributors will work on challenging problem statements over a 3-month long period and receive a stipend of INR 70,000 over 3 months.
