Terms of Engagement

Position: The Intern will be engaged as a Management Trainee at Achieve Software Training & Skill Development Center. Work Schedule: The Intern is expected to adhere to the standard working hours unless otherwise specified. Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, and no financial compensation will be provided. Supervision and Mentorship: The Intern will be supervised and mentored by experienced professionals at Achieve. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will be scheduled to monitor progress and address any concerns. Confidentiality: The Intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during the internship. This includes but is not limited to code, business strategies, and internal processes. Intellectual Property: Any work, code, or intellectual property created by the Intern during the internship will be the property of Achieve Software Training & Skill Development Center. Code of Conduct: The Intern is expected to adhere to the company's code of conduct, including but not limited to professionalism, respect for colleagues, and compliance with company policies. Termination: Either party may terminate the internship with a notice period or for cause, including but not limited to a violation of terms, unethical conduct, or poor performance. Feedback and Evaluation: The Intern will receive regular feedback on their performance. Achieve reserves the right to provide a formal evaluation at the conclusion of the internship. Additional Agreements: Any additional agreements or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. By signing below, the Intern acknowledges receipt and understanding of these terms and agrees to abide by them throughout the duration of the internship.
