Terms of Engagement

1. Position and Duration: Interns will serve in the position of Technical Intern for a duration of 3 to 6 Month 2. Working Hours: Interns are expected to adhere to 8 hour workweek, spread over 5 days. Specific working hours and any flexibility will be communicated by the immediate supervisor. 3.Compensation Stipend for Real-Time Project: Upon successful completion of the interview process, candidates selected to work on company real-time projects will be eligible for a stipend. The stipend amount will be communicated to the selected candidates individually and will be based on the project's scope, duration, and complexity. 2.College Project Option: Candidates who prefer to solely focus on completing their college project, separate from the company's real- time projects, have the option to do so. In this case, candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 4000 per month for the duration of their engagement with the company for the college project work. 3. Payment Terms: Stipends for real-time projects will be processed on a [Monthly/Bi-monthly] basis, as per the company's standard payroll schedule. Fees for the college project work are to be paid by the candidate at the beginning of each month. 4. Duration: The duration of the internship, whether working on company projects or college projects, will be communicated to the interns upon selection. 5. Terms of Engagement: Interns are expected to adhere to the terms of engagement as outlined in the "Internship Terms of Engagement" document provided separately. 6. Termination: The internship may be terminated by either party with a notice period as specified in the "Internship Terms of Engagement" document. 4. Responsibilities: Interns are expected to perform tasks and projects assigned by their supervisor. Responsibilities may include [List specific tasks and projects relevant to the internship role]. 5. Supervision and Mentorship: Interns will report to [Supervisor's Name] and will receive mentorship throughout the internship. Learning Objectives: Both parties will collaborate to define specific learning objectives for the internship. The company will support the intern in achieving these objectives through relevant projects and experiences. 9. Intellectual Property: 1. Purpose: The Disclosing Party may disclose certain confidential information to the Receiving Party for the purpose of [Describe the specific purpose or project for which the NDA is applicable]. 2. Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, financial information, proprietary information, and any other information disclosed by the Disclosing Party during the internship. 3. Independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to or reliance upon the Confidential Information. 5.
