Terms of Engagement
Marketing Executive Internship Term of Engagement 1. Position : Marketing Executive Intern 2. Duration : 3 months 3. Location : Kollam and Trivandrum Districts 4. Training Focus : - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Teamwork - Stakeholder Engagement 5. Responsibilities : - Conduct institutional visits - Coordinate events - Engage with stakeholders 6. Compensation : A monthly stipend of 4000 INR 7. Certificate : Upon successful completion of the internship, a certificate will be provided. 8. Opportunity for Permanent Employment : Exceptional interns may be offered permanent positions within the team. 9. Working Hours : 48 Hours per week 10. Reporting : Interns will report to BDM 11. Work Environment : Interns are expected to adhere to all company policies, including dress code, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreements. 12. Evaluation and Feedback : Regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions will be conducted to assess progress and provide guidance. 13. Termination : Either party may terminate the internship with a two-week notice period or compensation in lieu of notice. 14. Confidentiality : Interns are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information and proprietary data. 15. Code of Conduct : Interns are required to adhere to the company's code of conduct and ethical guidelines at all times. 16. Legal Compliance : Interns must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during their engagement. 17. Accommodation and Transportation : The company does not provide accommodation or transportation facilities for interns. 18. Health and Safety : Interns are expected to prioritize their safety and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the company. 19. Expenses : The company will reimburse reasonable and pre-approved expenses incurred during the course of official duties. 20. Training and Development : Interns may have access to company-sponsored training and development programs. 21. Agreement : Both parties, the company and the intern, agree to the terms outlined in the internship document.
