Terms of Engagement

Terms of Engagement as a Zetpeak Campus Ambassador: Duration: The Campus Ambassador internship program will last for a duration of 3 months, starting from the agreed-upon start date. Commitment: As a Campus Ambassador, you are expected to dedicate a significant amount of time and effort to fulfill your responsibilities. This may include attending meetings, organizing events, promoting Zetpeak on campus, and actively engaging with your fellow students. Representation: As a representative of Zetpeak, you are expected to maintain a professional and positive image both on and off-campus. Your behavior should align with the values and mission of Zetpeak, promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and integrity. Communication: Effective communication is crucial throughout the internship. You will be required to attend regular meetings, provide updates on your progress, and promptly respond to communications from the Zetpeak team. Reporting: You will be responsible for submitting periodic reports detailing your activities, achievements, and challenges faced during your role as a Campus Ambassador. This will help track your progress and ensure accountability. Confidentiality: As a Campus Ambassador, you may have access to confidential or sensitive information related to Zetpeak's operations, projects, or initiatives. It is essential to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any confidential information without proper authorization. Compliance: As a Zetpeak Campus Ambassador, you are required to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, both on-campus and within Zetpeak. Any violation of these rules may result in termination of the internship. Termination: Zetpeak reserves the right to terminate the Campus Ambassador internship at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to fulfill responsibilities. Ownership of Work: Any work, projects, or materials created or developed during the internship will be owned by Zetpeak. You will not have any rights or claims over the intellectual property created during your internship. No Stipend: Please note that the Campus Ambassador internship is an unpaid position, and Zetpeak will not provide any financial compensation or stipend. By accepting the internship, you agree to abide by these terms and fulfill your responsibilities as a Campus Ambassador for the agreed-upon duration. Your commitment, professionalism, and dedication will contribute to a successful and mutually beneficial partnership between you and Zetpeak.
