Terms of Engagement

Terms of Engagement for the Research and Development (R&D) Internship at Zetpeak: Duration: The internship program will run for a period of 3 months, providing interns with ample time to engage in meaningful research and development projects. Commitment: Interns are expected to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to the internship, ensuring active involvement and contribution to assigned projects. Professional Conduct: Interns are required to maintain a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to company policies, and respectful collaboration with team members and mentors. Confidentiality: Interns will have access to confidential and proprietary information during the internship. It is imperative to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any sensitive information to third parties. Ownership of Work: Any work, research, or intellectual property created or developed during the internship will be the property of Zetpeak. Interns will not have any claims or rights to the work produced during the internship. Performance Evaluation: Interns will receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from their mentors and supervisors. This evaluation will help gauge progress, identify areas for improvement, and recognize exceptional performance. Internship Certificate: Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will be awarded an Internship Certificate from Zetpeak. This certificate will validate their participation and acknowledge their dedication and contributions during the internship period. Recommendation Letter: Zetpeak will provide each intern with a personalized recommendation letter highlighting their skills, accomplishments, and potential. This letter can be used for future academic or career pursuits. Non-Stipend Internship: It is important to note that this internship does not provide a stipend or financial compensation. The focus of this program is to provide valuable learning opportunities and professional development. Termination: Zetpeak reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time if an intern fails to comply with the terms of engagement or engages in misconduct. By participating in the R&D internship at Zetpeak, interns acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms of engagement. These terms are in place to ensure a mutually beneficial and productive experience for both interns and the company.
