About the program
Job Description Understand highly technical concepts and communicate them in a language that the target audience resonates with. Drive lead generation with a specific focus on our GotoMarket approach all the way from strategy to execution and measurement. Manage Twitter, Facebook, Blog, YouTube and all social profiles of GoX and its products Captain the campaign strategy for global customer acquisition and retention. Create customer activations over diverse marketing channels to drive product subscriptions. Collaborate with our international business partners on marketing communications strategy. Track project performance and provide databacked insights to optimize them. Find new opportunities to ensure business success with regular quantdriven discussions with the team. Conduct extensive research on industryrelated topics to develop original content. Create indepth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and inproduct help documentation. Develop content for blogs, articles, webinars, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. Identify customers needs and make relevant recommendations to address gaps in the company's current content strategy. Gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
