About the program

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Creating a match between the customer (employer) and helper (job-seeker) using the various tools offered by Broomees (sales app, IVR, emails, admin portal, etc.) 2. Working on customer relations and grievance addressal 3. Working on conflict resolution and management and participating in fun and social work activities, donation drives, campaigns, etc
