About the program

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Improve the customer experience through problem identification and program management of new solutions 2. Ensure TAT deliveries by closely working on logistics, supplier operations, and order management teams 3. Develop online operations strategy and drive the execution while liaisoning with the sales & category team 4. Set up standard operating processes and drive them that result in improving the key metrics that drive customer NPS 5. Ensure continuous performance improvement in the online business operations by using data and analytics 6. Own overall relationship with assigned clients 7. Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients 8. Aid clients in achieving their goals
