The scheme envisages to target 40 lakh street Vendors in 1 st tranche loans of upto 10000 upto 20000 as 2nd tramche and upto 50000 as 3rd tranche on repayment of the earlier loan To incentivize regular repayment of the loans an interest subsidy of 7 is paid and to encourage adoption of digital transaction an amount of upto 100 per month is paid as cash back
