About the program

Nagar Panchayat invites applications for internship under The Urban Leadership Internship Program. This is under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as well as All India Council of Technical Education. Upon successful completion, a Certificate Of Internship shall be issued jointly by MoHUA, State Government, AICTE and ULB. The internship program aims to provide undergraduate or graduate students with practical experience and exposure to the operations and projects within the Municipal Corporation such as Solid Waste Management and Sanitation Services, Citizen Outreach viz. IEC and BCC. Interns will work under the guidance of experienced officials, who will provide mentorship, supervision, and regular feedback which would be helpful in their personality development and professional growth as well.
