About the program

Guwahati Municipal Corporation is the urban local body responsible for governing, developing and managing Guwahati. It administers an area of 216 square kilometres of Guwahati city. The interns will be responsible for planning and executing IEC drives, implementing efficiency enhancement modules, and working with stakeholders for the overall improvement of solid waste management in the city. Relevant skills include good communication skills, data analytical ability, good project or event management skills, drafting skills, skills of using social media for public awareness along with skill in using office applications.
