Master Plan Updation of Image derived existing land use map through field visit Government Land Inventory and linking of ROR with Jalasaya Pond, Kisam. Study of existing land use and road network Checking of cadastral Sheets with respect to proper plot Nos, Mouzas, Areas, Surrounding plots Compliance to the observation of Board of Inquiry Building Plan, Layout Plan approval Receiving the building ,layout plan with scrutiny fee as applicable Site Inspection Document Verification Scrutiny of building plan layout plan Intimation to the applicant regarding status of application and depositing fees as applicable for the license as per provision of Planning and Building Regulation Rules as applicable for the concerned town. Checking of Land use of Master Plan Knowledge of OTP and IT P and BS rules 2021 and application of same in building plan approval
