About the program

The Social Intern will possess a Master Degree in Social Work or equivalent field. Candidate should possess aunderstanding of social safeguard principles and frameworks, including those related to resettlement, community engagement, and stakeholder participation.Understanding the dynamics of community relations, grievance redress mechanisms will enhance the candidates ability to effectively manage social issues. Candidate shall Assist in community engagement, grievance redress, and social safeguard monitoring. This includes conducting stakeholder consultations, ensuring proper communication of project impacts to affected communities, and documenting feedback from stakeholders.
