About the program

Municipal Council Administration Directorate is a state level office under the city development department, considering the need for a separate directorate to control the municipal councils in the state, an independent director is appointed for this directorate. Works in Maharashtra are being controlled under Maharashtra Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Act 1965. The scope and importance of the work of this Directorate under the Urban Development Department while the cities are developing. Relevant skills required- Study,Analysis and Recommendation.
