About the program

Preparing Education, Informative and Communique, PR Campaigns, liason with key persons, organizations and media. Preparing PRs, publicity materials in print, electronic and audio-visual. Managing PR aspect of potential crisis situation.Posting of Aizawl Smart City activities and projects on official social media accounts as deemed necessary and dealing with advertisements of the Department as well as dealing with sponsorships from organizations and the public. Getting to know about the details and statuses of the ASCL projects, writing down the Minutes of Meetings for ASCL meetings with various stakeholders. Build mutual and beneficial relationship between the public and ASCL and deal with public grievances whenever necessary, meet and deal with Local Councils and private landowners regarding land encroachments when and where necessary with the SDO.
