About the program

MoHUA has launched The Urban Learning Internship Program TULIP in association with the All India Council for Technical Education AICTE to match opportunities in ULBs and smart cities with the learning needs of fresh graduates. TULIP is designed to provide hands-on experience to youth interested in the urban sector and will bring new ideas, passion, and energy to the challenging but exciting work of implementing cutting-edge, high-impact solutions to key urban problems. The digital platform powering TULIP enables discovery, engagement, aggregation, amplification, and transparency. MoHUA will provide programmatic guidance and facilitation of stakeholders and jointly coordinate with AICTE to manage and operate the TULIP portal. TULIP intern's benefits are as follows Gain an insider and realistic view of the urban government system and acquire hands-on work experience Network with professionals in the intern's field of interest Be able to integrate academic coursework with practical application and skill development

Perks

Kudumbashree is the nodal agency for implementing the TULIP internship program at the municipal level through the DAY NULM Program. On completing the 2 months internship interns will receive a stipend and internship completion certificate.

Who can apply?

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are from Masters of Social Work,MA,MA,MA,,Any,
2. and specialisation from Not Applicable,Economics,Sociology,Development Studies,,Any,
3. are available for duration of 2 Months
4. have relevant skills and interests
