About the program

Assessment of Urban Poverty Reduction Plan with Urban Local Body plan integration for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24, and UPRP preparation for 2024-25. one intern will be placed in ULB. Intern will be assigned three topics for study, which need to be completed within two months. The Stipend will be provided on successful completion, and on report submission to Kudumbashree State Mission. Responsibilities of the Intern The respective intern has to study the concept of all the projects assigned to him or her. Discuss with elected representatives, officials of ULBs Secretary, CPO, and CMMU staff and thereby understand the current position of the project. Conduct field visits and provide suggestions and recommendations of findings on each project to interns assigned at CMMU. The intern has to assess the integration of the Urban Poverty Reduction Plan with the Urban Local Body plan for the financial years 2022-23, and 2023-24 and UPRP preparation and integration for 2024-25. Prepare a comprehensive report, based on the study conducted. Detailed analysis with suggestions for better implementation and integrations. respective intern needs to prepare three successful life stories of the beneficiaries who benefited under the NULM scheme, which has helped transform their lifestyle. Relevant skills required 1. Ability to learn new concept 2. Good communications skills 3. Proficiency in English and Malayalam 4. Proficiency in MS office.
