About the program

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and establishing contact with prospective and potential customers
2. Meeting the given targets during the month/quarter
3. Submitting the MIS report with all relevant sales figures on the 5th of every month
4. Ensuring the quotes and orders are thoroughly verified before sending to clients
5. Tapping new markets and appointing agents in your region
6. Preparing and explaining the payment schedule, terms & conditions to the prospective customers and keeping the records of payment schedules
7. Sharing the customer's requirements with the operation department
8. Sharing payment schedule with the finance department
9. Ensuring customer satisfaction
10. Participating in the exhibitions and seminars organized by the company
11. Generating at least 15 new customers every month
12. Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
13. Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
14. Updating the customer database
15. Following up of inquiries and quotes for converting it into orders
16. Keeping track of debtor list and arrange to call for payments on or before time
