About the program

This internship gives MBA students a hands on opportunity to gain real startup experience by working directly alongside the founders and leadership team of EWB Software Training Institute Private Limited, an EdTech company based in Visakhapatnam. Selected interns will be part of the core business development and startup growth journey and will get direct exposure to the startup ecosystem. Interns will contribute to business development, corporate relations, college partnerships, startup networking, market research and business strategy. They will take part in corporate meetings, help identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company into schools, colleges and corporate clients. They will also learn how modern businesses use AI driven workflows to improve productivity, decision making and customer engagement. This is a practical and career focused internship designed to build professional skills, leadership qualities and business acumen. Interns will develop confidence in client communication, presentation, business analysis and growth strategy while receiving structured guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals. By the end of the program, students will understand how startups grow, how business decisions are made and how to convert ideas into measurable business outcomes. Terms of Engagement

This is a full time and on site internship for a duration of 3 months based at Ratan Tata Innovation Hub RTIH Siripuram Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. The stipend is performance based and may be awarded up to Rupees 15000 per month depending on interview performance, professionalism, communication skills, KPI achievement, business contribution, leadership and overall internship performance. The terms and conditions related to the release of the stipend will be clearly explained and disseminated to all shortlisted interns before they join the organization. Interns are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline and confidentiality at all times. All certificates provided are internship and experience certificates issued by the company.
