About the program

The Primavera MS Project for Construction Management course provides students with practical training in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost estimation, and project monitoring using industry standard software tools. Participants will learn to create work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, project timelines, resource management plans, and progress tracking reports for construction projects. The course includes handson experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for efficient project execution and management. Students will understand real world applications in infrastructure and construction planning, helping them develop essential project management skills required in civil engineering, construction industries, and infrastructure development sectors.
