About the program
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns for the role of Business Development Associate BDA. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical exposure in sales, business development, marketing strategies, and client relationship management within the EdTech industry. As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will work closely with the business and marketing teams to identify potential customers, generate leads, and support the growth of the organization. Interns will learn how to analyze market trends, communicate effectively with prospects, and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities Support the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms Maintain lead data and update records using CRM tools Assist in promoting training programs, certification courses, and internship opportunities Build strong relationships with customers and understand their learning requirements Collaborate with marketing teams to improve outreach strategies Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, marketing, and business development Basic knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets Ability to work in a team and achieve targets This internship will help students develop real world sales experience, negotiation skills, business communication, and strategic thinking, preparing them for careers in business development, marketing, and management roles.

Terms of Engagement
The internship duration will be 3 months (depending on the program requirements). • Interns are expected to maintain professional conduct and regular communication with the assigned mentor or reporting manager. • Interns should actively participate in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales support activities. • Regular updates and reports on assigned tasks must be submitted to the reporting manager. • Interns are expected to maintain confidentiality of company information, client data, and business strategies. • Successful completion of assigned tasks and performance evaluation will be required to receive the Internship Completion Certificate. • Outstanding performers may receive incentives, Letter of Recommendation (LoR), or Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO) based on performance. • The internship aims to provide practical exposure to business development, sales processes, and customer relationship management in a professional work environment.
