About the program
Overview We are seeking passionate and creative Video Editor interns to join Gnanadhara Foundation. As a nonprofit, we aim to amplify social impact through storytelling. You will contribute by editing impactful videos for campaigns, events, and social initiatives. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into engaging short and longform content. Add subtitles, effects, graphics, and transitions where needed. Collaborate with the content and social media team to deliver videos aligned with campaign goals. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video materials. Deliver projects within given deadlines. Qualifications Basic knowledge of video editing tools Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, or similar. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in editing academicpersonal projects is a plus but not mandatory. What You Will Gain Handson experience in video editing for social impact. Exposure to storytelling and media campaigns in the nonprofit sector. Opportunity to showcase work on official platforms of Gnanadhara Foundation. Certificate of Completion Letter of Recommendation based on performance. Commitment Duration: 2 ,3 months flexible. Time: Flexible Time Internship based unpaid, but highperforming interns may be considered for future opportunities.

Terms of Engagement
The Video Editor Intern is engaged to edit and support video content for campaigns events and social initiatives of the organization. The Intern shall complete assigned editing tasks and deliver projects within given deadlines. The Intern shall maintain professionalism creativity and confidentiality of organizational content and information. The Intern shall follow instructions of the reporting authority and collaborate with the content and media team. The internship duration is 2 to 3 months with flexible working hours as agreed with the organization. This is an unpaid internship and no financial compensation is guaranteed during the engagement period. The Intern will receive a Certificate of Completion and may receive a Letter of Recommendation based on performance. The organization reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time based on conduct performance or organizational needs.
