About the Program Join iNexus STEM Research Services to bridge the gap between user needs and breakthrough product development. We offer a unique environment where Design Thinking is not just a buzzword its our core culture. You will work on real world challenges moving from empathy driven research to rapid prototyping and testing. Key Responsibilities Apply human centered design methodologies to solve complex industrial and social problems. Collaborate with cross functional teams to brainstorm and ideate using the iNEXUS Mind Wall. Assist in creating prototypes physical or digital and conducting user centric testing. Document research findings and contribute to Research and IP Development activities. Participate in design sprints and workshops to refine innovative solutions.

Terms of Engagement

The intern must maintain 90 percent attendance during the program duration. Confidentiality of all project data and intellectual property must be strictly maintained. Interns are required to submit a weekly progress report and a final internship diary. The internship can be terminated by the organization in case of indiscipline or non performance. All digital and physical prototypes created during the period remain the property of the organization. Standard working hours are 40 to 45 hours per week for full time interns.
