This program is designed to work closely with MetaTaarakas core Research Development RD teams, focusing on AI agents, advanced AI research, AI powered SaaS platforms, and enterprise grade intelligent systems. As an AICTE Internship portal approved organization, MetaTaaraka maintains high standards of technical rigor, security, research integrity, and industry relevance. Internship Overview Duration: 1 Year Long Term RD Internship Mode: Fully Online Remote Weekly Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week Monthly Stipend: 5,000 per month Vacancies: Limited Highly Competitive Eligibility Criteria Strict: IIT 4th Year B.Tech students OR IIT 2nd Year M.Tech students only. Candidates must have strong interest in AI research, applied AI engineering, and product development RD Focus Areas Responsibilities: Selected interns will work directly with MetaTaaraka RD teams on real world research and product systems, including: 1.AI Agents development and deployment, including autonomous, goal driven, and multiagent systems 2. AI driven SaaS product development, integrating AI into scalable business platforms 3. AI ML based eLearning content development, including intelligent tutoring systems and adaptive learning models 4.End to end AI pipeline development: data ingestion, modeling, evaluation, deployment 5. Contribution to enterprise AI components across MetaTaaraka platforms such as InsightCloud, CoreSuite, MarketSuite, HealthSync, and CommercePro 6.Integration of AI systems with existing business workflows, APIs, databases, and enterprise tools Required Skills Technical Competencies: 1. Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Strong foundation in Python programming Understanding of machine learning algorithms, supervised unsupervised learning Knowledge of deep learning frameworks TensorFlow PyTorch Experience or exposure to: CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs Attention mechanisms and Transformer architectures Familiarity with Large Language Models LLMs, prompt engineering, and finetuning concepts Ability to evaluate models using appropriate metrics and experimentation techniques 2. AI Agents Intelligent Systems Understanding of agent based systems, autonomous decision making, and task orchestration Experience with or exposure to LLM powered agents, tool usage, memory, and planning Knowledge of workflow automation and AI driven process optimization 3. Terms of Engagement

Nature of Engagement This internship is a long-term, project-based, R&D-oriented engagement and does not constitute an employer–employee relationship during the internship period. Duration & Continuity The internship duration is one (1) year. Continuation is subject to consistent performance, adherence to timelines, and active participation. The company reserves the right to discontinue the internship in case of non-performance or policy violations. Time Commitment Interns are required to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week. Consistent availability, timely task completion, and participation in reviews and meetings are mandatory. Remote Work Policy The internship is fully online / remote. Interns must ensure reliable internet connectivity, suitable hardware, and a professional remote work environment. Performance Evaluation Intern performance will be evaluated periodically based on: Technical competency Research contribution Quality of deliverables Initiative and ownership Communication and collaboration Stipend Disbursement A stipend of ?5,000 per month will be paid, subject to: Satisfactory performance Completion of assigned deliverables Compliance with reporting and review processes Research & Publication Interns are expected to work towards publishing at least one research paper in UGC-approved journals or conferences. Publication timelines, authorship order, and disclosures will be governed by MetaTaaraka’s internal research and IP policies. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights All work, code, research outputs, models, datasets, documentation, and related intellectual property developed during the internship shall be the exclusive property of METATAARAKA AI INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Confidentiality & Data Security Interns must maintain strict confidentiality of: Proprietary information Client data Internal systems, codebases, and research Any breach of confidentiality or data misuse will lead to immediate termination and possible legal action. Security & Compliance Interns must follow all information security, data protection, and acceptable use policies of the organization. Unauthorized access, data sharing, or system misuse is strictly prohibited. Code of Conduct Professional behavior, ethical conduct, respectful communication, and compliance with organizational policies are mandatory throughout the internship.
