About the program

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate business leads, and support the sales team in expanding the companys customer base. The candidate should have good communication skills, research abilities, and knowledge of online lead generation methods. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, social media, email marketing, and networking. Research potential clients and maintain a database of prospects. Contact potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the salesbusiness development team. Follow up with prospective clients regularly. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion. Meet dailyweeklymonthly lead generation targets. Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes. Knowledge of LinkedIn, email campaigns, and lead research tools. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus. Eligibility: Pursuing or completed Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Freshers and interns can apply. Prior experience in lead generation or sales is an added advantage. Preferred Qualities: Selfmotivated and targetoriented. Strong research and analytical skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
