Role Summary: As a Business Analytics Intern, you will help bring structure, clarity, and insights to our operations, community outreach, and growth strategies. You will play a vital role in supporting datadriven decisionmaking across the company. Key Responsibilities: Analyze student engagement and performance data from our platforms. Define and track key metrics across internal and external touchpoints. Create intuitive dashboards and performance reports for leadership review. Support datainformed strategy building for marketing and outreach efforts. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies using structured data inputs. Preferred Skill Set: Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets familiarity with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI. Logical and structured approach to problemsolving. Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. Awareness of basic analytics frameworks used in marketing and user engagement.

Terms of Engagement

This is an unpaid internship opportunity focused on practical exposure to business analytics, data interpretation, reporting systems, and strategic decision-support workflows. Interns are expected to actively participate in data collection, analysis tasks, reporting activities, and business insight generation throughout the internship period. The internship duration will be 2–3 months, depending on project requirements and analytical workflows. Interns may be required to work with operational, marketing, engagement, and program teams to analyze business performance and support data-driven decision-making. Flexible work coordination may be provided based on project timelines and reporting schedules; however, interns are expected to maintain timely communication and consistent task execution. Interns will be evaluated based on analytical thinking, reporting quality, problem-solving ability, consistency, and contribution to business insights and workflow improvements.
