About the program
Role Summary The Customer Engagement Intern will define and implement structured interaction flows to strengthen our postenrollment experience. This role ensures timely, empathetic responses across channels, designs followup cadences, and transforms feedback into positive brand impressions and referrals. Key Responsibilities: Design Automate Communication Flows o Draft and schedule welcome, progresscheck, and completion emails using CRMemailautomation tools. o Develop templated responses for common student queries and socialmedia comments. Engagement Feedback Management o Monitor and reply to comments, messages, and reviews on social and course platforms within defined SLAs. o Collate and analyze feedback, flagging issues and trends to leadership. Satisfaction Brand Advocacy o Run reviewrequest campaigns lightly nudging satisfied participants to rate and recommend us. o Track NPS, response rates, and overall sentiment recommend improvements. Continuous Improvement Analysis o Analyze customeremotion patterns across channels propose refinements to tone, timing, and content. o Experiment with subject lines, send times, and message structures to optimize open, reply, and conversion rates. Documentation Reporting o Maintain clear process documents, email templates, and engagement guidelines. o Present weekly dashboards on engagement metrics, reviews, and satisfaction scores. Preferred Skill Set: Excellent written communication and empathy in English Tamil proficiency a plus. Familiarity with email automation platform. Basic dataanalysis skills Google Sheets, Excel and comfort interpreting metrics. Ability to craft consistent, brandaligned messaging under tight timelines. Proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and process improvement.

Terms of Engagement
This is an unpaid internship opportunity focused on practical exposure to customer interaction, engagement strategies, relationship management, and communication workflows. Interns are expected to actively participate in customer engagement activities, follow-ups, feedback coordination, and communication support throughout the internship period. The internship duration will be 2–3 months, depending on project and engagement requirements. Interns may be required to interact with students, parents, institutions, communities, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and engagement processes. Flexible work coordination may be provided based on engagement schedules and operational requirements; however, interns are expected to maintain professional communication and timely response handling. Interns will be evaluated based on communication quality, engagement effectiveness, consistency, responsiveness, and contribution to customer experience workflows.
