About the program

As a Digital Intern, you will assist in shaping and executing our digital presence, spanning across social media, automation pipelines, and platform visibility. You will work at the intersection of content, marketing, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Support execution of community automation workflows WhatsApp, email, landing pages. Track engagement metrics and assist in optimizing content based on performance. Recommend and help implement tools to improve user onboarding and retention. Coordinate with tech and creative teams to suggest UIUX enhancements for digital assets. Preferred Skill Set: Familiarity with automation tools, or equivalent nocode platforms. Ability to handle social media calendars and engagement strategies. Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, etc. Strong sense of content timing, tone, and relevance to student audiences.

Terms of Engagement

This is an unpaid internship opportunity focused on practical industry exposure and hands-on learning in digital marketing and brand outreach. Interns are expected to actively contribute to content execution, campaign coordination, social media activities, and digital engagement initiatives during the internship period. The internship duration will be 2–3 months, based on project and campaign requirements. Flexible work coordination may be provided depending on content schedules and campaign timelines; however, interns are expected to maintain timely communication and consistent task execution. Interns will be evaluated based on creativity, consistency, engagement contribution, execution quality, and initiative in digital activities. Selected interns may be involved in live campaigns, student community initiatives, digital outreach programs, and brand visibility activities. Outstanding performers may receive opportunities for extended collaboration, advanced responsibilities, or future full-time consideration within TARCIN initiatives.
