About the program

As a Marketing Outreach Intern, you will help drive the brands presence across academic institutions and digital channels. You will work closely with the outreach, content, and strategy teams to design campaigns tailored for our student and college audiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute campuslevel campaigns to onboard colleges into our ecosystem. Build marketing assets and pitch decks for institutional partnerships. Analyze competitor and peer landscape to position our offerings better. Develop microbranding strategies specific to regional and tierbased segments. Collaborate with digital and content teams to maintain messaging consistency. Preferred Skills : Strong understanding of student behavior and campus dynamics. Prior experience with college marketing, event planning, or ambassador programs. Proficiency in Canva or Figma is an added advantage. Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic presentation tools. Fluency in Tamil is preferred for regional outreach.

Terms of Engagement

This is an unpaid internship opportunity designed for experiential learning and industry exposure. Interns are expected to actively participate in assigned operational tasks, coordination activities, and execution workflows during the internship period. The internship duration will be 3–4 months, based on project and program requirements. Flexible work coordination may be provided depending on project execution needs; however, interns must maintain professional communication and timely task completion. Interns will be evaluated based on consistency, execution quality, coordination ability, initiative, and contribution to ongoing programs. Selected interns may be involved in live events, institutional collaborations, outreach activities, and operational planning discussions. Outstanding performers may receive opportunities for extended collaboration, leadership responsibilities, or future full-time consideration within TARCIN initiatives.
