GNANADHARA FOUNDATION INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Type: Part time Internship Duration: 3 Months Mandatory Stipend: Unpaid Internship Mode: Flexible working hours HUMAN RESOURCES HR INTERN Overview: The HR Intern will support people management processes including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and volunteer engagement within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end to end recruitment job posting, screening, shortlisting, communication Support onboarding orientation of interns volunteers Maintain HR records, attendance, and databases with confidentiality Help draft HR policies, guidelines, and engagement initiatives Coordinate training sessions and development programs Assist in internal communication and team building activities Support documentation, reports, and administrative tasks Skills Required: Strong communication interpersonal skills Basic HR knowledge preferred, not mandatory Organizational and coordination ability What You Will Gain: Experience in recruitment HR operations Exposure to nonprofit HR practices Certificate + networking opportunities
