About the program

The Gen AI and Cloud Computing Internship is a 60 hour experiential learning program designed to help students build practical skills in generative AI and cloud based application development. This program introduces learners to modern AI technologies including large language models, prompt engineering, and cloud infrastructure. Participants will engage in a blended learning experience combining expert led masterclasses, IBM SkillsBuild self learning modules, and hands on project development. The program emphasizes real world application by enabling students to design and build AI powered tools such as chatbots, summarizers, or recommendation systems. The internship follows a structured 60 hour format including 15 hours of live masterclasses, 15 hours of self paced learning, and 30 hours dedicated to project building. During the capstone project, participants will develop a functional AI solution using APIs and cloud services. By the end of the program, students will have a working AI application and exposure to deployment concepts preparing them for emerging roles in AI and technology domains.

Terms of Engagement

The internship will commence on 22 Jun 2026 and will span six weeks. Attendance in mentor-led sessions is mandatory. Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion, including the project and final presentation.
