About the program

iNeuBytes invites intermediate web developers to join our Web Development Virtual Internship Program 2026. This program is designed to Educate, Engage, and Empower aspiring web developers in India. As an intern, you will work on realworld web development projects, apply your skills in front end and back end development, and create functional, responsive, and dynamic web applications. The program offers a handson virtual internship focused on developing web applications that solve realworld problems. You will improve your skills through structured tasks, continuous feedback, mentor guidance, and collaboration with industry experts. You will work with other developers and designers to build and optimize user friendly web solutions. You will gain experience in full stack development by contributing to both the front end and back end of web applications. As a Web Development intern, you will be involved in the complete development cycle of web applications, including designing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, working on server side logic, database integration, and API development. You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring that web applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability. You will also collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and document your work to support smooth project progression and knowledge sharing. To be eligible, you should have intermediate level knowledge in both front end and back end development. You should be comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases such as SQL or NoSQL. Experience with a back end language or framework such as Node.js, Python, or PHP is also desirable. A strong understanding of web development principles and a passion for building efficient, responsive, and user friendly web applications are essential. Important meetings with mentors are scheduled by the marketing team to assist interns. Failing to attend these meetings may result in disqualification from the internship. We are looking for interns who can dedicate one hour per day for two months to fully engage in this program.

Terms of Engagement

Initial Interview, Selection & Registration 1.All interested candidates must attend the initial interview or screening process conducted by the company. 2. To be selected as an intern, candidates are required to write and qualify in the internship selection examination. 3. Only shortlisted or qualified candidates will be eligible to proceed with the internship registration process. 4. Selected interns must register on the official iNeuBytes website to confirm their internship participation. 5. All internship related activities, including task allocation, project submission, progress tracking, mentor communication, and project management, will be handled through the iNeuBytes website or platform only. Attendance & Leave 1. Interns must maintain regular attendance in online meetings, mentor sessions, and project discussions. 2. Leave policy will be as per company norms. Saturday and Sunday are weekoffs. 3. Only 1 to 2 leaves are allowed during the internship period. 4. Interns must inform the mentor or coordinator in advance before taking leave. Performance Evaluation Intern performance will be evaluated based on: 1. Completion of assigned Web Development tasks and project modules. 2. Quality of front end development, back end development, database integration, API development, and web application implementation work. 3. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, server side logic, databases, and full stack development concepts. 4. Learning ability and adaptability to web development tools, frameworks, programming languages, databases, and development platforms. 5. Documentation quality, technical reporting, code explanation, and explanation of Web Development project work. 6. Communication skills, teamwork, and active participation in Web Development project discussions. 7. Timely submission of tasks and regular project updates through the iNeuBytes website or platform.
