About the program

This internship provides practical exposure to user interface and user experience design through real time product and platform development at InnerWhispers Wellness LLP. Selected interns will work on designing user centered interfaces for dashboards websites mobile interfaces and digital platforms used within the organization. The internship focuses on improving design thinking wireframing user flow planning visual hierarchy and usability practices. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Design user friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms 2 Create wireframes user flows and prototypes 3 Improve usability and interface consistency across platforms 4 Work on dashboard and application design systems 5 Collaborate with frontend and backend development teams 6 Create responsive design layouts for multiple devices 7 Support design research and interface improvements 8 Submit weekly design updates and progress reports Interns will be involved in creating wireframes user journeys interface layouts prototypes and responsive design concepts for various organizational products and systems. They will also learn how to conduct basic user focused analysis improve user experience and maintain consistency in design systems and branding. The internship is execution oriented and interns will work on structured weekly tasks related to UI design UX improvements component planning and interface optimization. Interns are expected to maintain creativity professionalism and timely completion of assigned work. By the end of the internship students will gain hands on experience in UI and UX workflows design collaboration prototyping tools and real world product interface development while building portfolio ready projects and understanding industry level design practices.
