About the program

At Jala Venkat Technologies we deliver high quality software solutions to businesses and clients. We are currently looking for highly motivated Business Development Interns to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and bring in new client projects for our software development services. You will utilize various social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients. A strong understanding of modern social media trends and excellent communication skills are strictly required for this role. You must be able to clearly understand client requirements and present our technical services effectively. This is a performance driven role where your perks will include a commission based structure rewarding you directly for the successful projects you bring to the company. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for sales and technology we want you to help us expand our client base.

Terms of Engagement

Successful Lead Conversion: A lead will only be considered a successful conversion when the prospective client officially agrees to the project and the initial terms are finalized with Jala Venkat Technologies. Mandatory Weekly Reporting: Interns must submit a detailed progress report every week. This report must explicitly include the number of new client connections made, follow ups conducted, and the overall progress of any ongoing client discussions. Active Participation and Commitment: We expect interns to take this role seriously and demonstrate consistent effort. Failure to submit weekly reports, prolonged lack of active client outreach, or a casual approach to the responsibilities will result in the immediate termination of the internship. Commission Eligibility: Financial compensation is strictly tied to the successful conversion of leads into active paying clients. Merely generating a lead or initiating a conversation does not qualify for commission until the project is officially secured by the company. Professional Representation: As you will be representing our business to potential clients, all communication must remain highly professional, accurate, and aligned with the software solutions we deliver.
