About the program

This internship provides structured practical experience in frontend web development through real time project execution at InnerWhispers Wellness LLP. The objective of this internship is to help students build strong fundamentals and applied skills in developing responsive and user friendly web interfaces. Selected interns will work on real platforms including dashboards landing pages and web modules used within the organization. The internship focuses on implementation using HTML CSS Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap and JavaScript while following modern frontend development practices. Interns will be responsible for converting design requirements into functional web pages building reusable components improving responsiveness across devices and ensuring a clean and consistent user experience. They will also collaborate with backend teams for integrating APIs and handling dynamic data on the frontend. The internship is designed as an execution driven program where interns will be assigned structured tasks weekly and will be required to submit progress reports. Code quality responsiveness usability and adherence to standards will be evaluated regularly. By the end of the internship interns are expected to be capable of building complete frontend interfaces understanding real world development workflows using version control systems like GitHub and contributing to production level applications. This internship bridges the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing hands on exposure to real development scenarios and structured guidance throughout the process.

Terms of Engagement

This is a structured frontend development internship Interns must complete assigned tasks within given timelines Weekly progress reports are mandatory Participation in review meetings is required Performance will be evaluated based on task completion code quality and consistency Internship certificate will be provided only after successful completion Letter of recommendation will be provided based on performance No fees or charges are required from students for this internship
