InnerWhispers Wellness LLP is a healthtech driven mental wellness and student development ecosystem focused on building structured teams, communities, and scalable operations. We are looking for HR Interns who are interested in recruitment, team management, and operational workflows. During this internship, you will: Assist in recruitment and candidate screening Coordinate interview scheduling and communication Manage intern onboarding processes and documentation Track attendance, reports, and performance Support HR operations and internal coordination Work on structured systems like trackers and dashboards This internship provides handson exposure to real HR operations in a startup environment.
