About the program

This internship is a structured Campus Leadership and Club Development Program under NAU Now As You Are, a studentdriven initiative focused on mental health awareness, peer engagement, and holistic student development. The primary objective of this internship is to enable selected students to establish and lead NAU Clubs within their respective campuses, thereby creating a sustainable studentled ecosystem focused on wellbeing, awareness, and engagement. Interns will act as Founding Campus Ambassadors, responsible for setting up the club infrastructure, recruiting and managing a student team, and executing structured activities including awareness sessions, interactive events, and engagement programs. The internship emphasizes practical leadership experience, where interns take ownership of realworld execution rather than theoretical tasks. Participants will gain exposure to team management, event planning, stakeholder coordination, and community development. Key focus areas include: Campus community building Peer engagement and participation Awarenessdriven initiatives Structured student leadership By the end of the internship, each intern is expected to: Successfully establish an operational NAU Club Build and manage a core student team Conduct multiple events and engagement activities Demonstrate measurable impact within their campus This program is designed to bridge the gap between student potential and realworld leadership execution, making it highly valuable for academic and professional development.

Terms of Engagement

This is a performance-driven leadership internship Interns must actively participate in club setup and activities Regular communication and reporting are mandatory No fees or charges are required at any stage Internship completion is subject to performance evaluation All work created during the internship will be treated as organizational intellectual property Stipend (if applicable) will be based on performance and clearly communicated before disbursement
