Monitor gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience to provide detailed feedback. Assist in customer support for gaming-related queries, account issues, and in-game problems. Support base skills: strong interest in gaming and familiarity with different game genres; good communication and attention to detail; basic computer knowledge and problem-solving skills.
