Terms of Engagement
1. This is a performance linked incentive internship with no fixed stipend component 2. Incentives are calculated per qualified lead and closed deal as per structure shared during onboarding 3. Payouts processed monthly by 10th of following month via NEFT to intern bank account 4. Lead qualification criteria and commission slabs will be documented and signed before start date 5. Interns must maintain confidentiality of client data pricing and company processes 6. Minimum activity metrics expected weekly eg number of outreach attempts CRM updates 7. Performance reviews conducted bi weekly with transparent feedback and incentive tracking 8. Interns may work remotely with flexible hours core collaboration window 3 pm to 6 pm IST 9. Early termination possible for policy violations fraud or consistent inactivity with 3 days notice 10. Top performing interns may receive Pre Placement Offers based on business needs and performance 11. NovaTech Technologies does not collect any fees deposits or charges from interns at any stage
