Proficient in at least one professional editor: DaVinci Resolve free, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro Demonstrated edit reel YouTube, Instagram, portfolio site showing pacing, color grading, and sound design basics. Own workstation capable of 1080p editing laptop with 16GB+ RAM Commitment: 2025 hrsweek minimum, full 100day pilot Nice to Have: Motion graphics After Effects, Color grading DaVinci, Subtitle caption workflows, YouTube channel experience Screen out Test: 48hour take-home edit a 2min "Day in the Life of a TCSer" sample using provided raw footage + stock assets.
